1. Go to Youtube and find the video you want us to see.

2. Copy the video URL code from the address bar, it will look something like this:
        http:/www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEOV5vWfSgILGR7

3. On our site, You start a new topic and click on the Youtube button, it's in the picture below with the red arrows.


4. You will then see something like this:

5. Paste the video URL code in between the brackets so it looks like this:

6. Click to post it up and you get this:
